A mini drone platform I personally developed to serve as an introduction for incoming members of the Space Drone Team.
Features an Arduino Nano, a custom PCB breakout board, Gyroscope, Bluetooth Module, 4 micro motors, and a 3.7v battery.
New members are given the components to assemble their own drone, as well as the CAD files if they wish to design and 3D print a customized version.
The purpose of this platform is to increase new member retention, as well as improve their technical skillsets
A custom PCB developed to run on a Raspberry Pi Pico, as well as incorporate all other electronic components, streamlining the device, and reducing its bulk.
Utilizes an Arduino Nano as well as the Nano Breakout PCB.
