Built as a fully discrete hardware design with no microcontrollers, no firmware, and no software dependence
Uses AOD4185 P channel MOSFETs for high side switching of each lighting function
Uses panel mounted toggle switches for direct user control of low beams, high beams, halos, turn signals, and hazards
Uses 1N5819 diodes for isolation so turn and hazard circuits do not backfeed into each other
Uses a TLC555 Q1 timer circuit with a resistor capacitor timing network to generate the turn signal and hazard flash pattern
Interfaces directly with custom LED headlights using separate outputs for each lighting input rather than relying on any prebuilt controller module
